My new toy

So for those of you that don't know, we got an iPod touch. And no, we're not one of those stupid couples that complain about not having enough money but then go out and buy something totally unnecessary. It worked out that on of Ryan's coworkers bought an Apple computer, and got a free iPod with it..... but he already had the iPod touch, so he gave his new one to Ryan. :-) It was very nice. We thought about selling it on eBay, but it's nice to have something completely free and frivilous.

Anyway, I really didn't know how much I wanted one until I got one. It has all the same capabilities as the iPhone, except for the whole phone part. So on my long lunch breaks I get to sit and listen to music, watch tv shows, play games, check my email, or update my facebook.

Normally I'm not into having the latest gadgets, but I have to say, technology is really fun sometimes! And this post is pretty much pointless, except to say that if anyone wants any ideas about what to buy us for Christmas, itunes gift cards would be cool, or a case for the iPod, or an adapter so we can listen to the music with the car stereo.... or just about any other cool accesory there is.
