Conversations with Ryleigh

Today Ryleigh and I had the following conversation:

R: Is that a tree?
M: No, it's a bush. A bush is like a little tree.
R: Apples grow on it?
M: No, apples don't grow on bushes, but blueberries do.
R: Does Santa live in a bush?
M: ??? Um, no Santa does not live in a bush
R: Santa lives in his house.
M. Right, Ryleigh, Santa lives in his house, not in a bush.

So random. I love this kid, but sometimes I just don't know where she comes up with this stuff
